FoodProfessor Eating disorders and disordered eating has peaked during this pandemic. Families have lost loved ones, jobs, job security etc. Wonder how weight gain is a big deal. Isn’t there so much more to worry about?
Well no shit it doesn’t take a study to realize that when people can’t go out and do the things they enjoy. Then yes they go to the comfort of the choice, be it food drink or drugs.
I lost a ton
I have stopped eating three meals a day over the fear that I'm unable to work it off. This is the worst my eating habits have been since high school. I wish I could eat more but my brain just stops me.

No shit gyms have been closed over a year. Yeah you can work out at home but it doesn’t feel the same.
