The United Kingdom's former prime minister Tony Blair says Russian President Vladimir Putin's decision to invade Ukraine is an “act of madness.”
“He changed over time, but in the times that I knew, if he'd become much more brutal, he was also still very calculating," the former world leader said. Putin’s act of madness is because Ukraine president dis agreed with Russia Putin’s idea of a manmade disaster of a gas pipeline built in the Ukraine , Putin selfishly fighting to gain Ukraine territory back with economic corrupted Cold War .
