They should be held financially responsible for ANY Losses they cause... I think certain industries have the right to strike..but a govt run monopoly that people and businesses rely on...sorry. Just too many people of the country (the greater good) are hurt. Some sort of arbitration is required. They say there's a high injury rate for postal workers, mostly caused by slips, trips, and falls, community boxes, and limiting residential deliveries to three a week, would reduce workloads, traveling distances, and employees, problem solved.
