Good Thursday morning, Parliamentary Budget Officer YVES GIROUX will make news this morning when his office releases a new report that will estimate the cost of creating a single-payer, universal pharmacare program. The report is certainly timely: the governing Liberals have promised to create such a program, and to pass the enabling legislation by the end of this year, under the terms of their supply-and-confidence agreement with the NDP.
