Newfoundland and Labrador Premier Andrew Furey calls for an urgent meeting of leaders on the hike

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says some premiers would rather complain than come up with their own strategies for dealing with climate change.

“But we’re not seeing detailed plans from the premiers on this.
