put cameras on every ghetto corner, parking lot, apartment building etc. England covers 99% of their streets with cctv and catches criminals within minutes
I remember this happening all the time when I was growing up in Toronto. oh wait, no i don't. What has changed? Oh ya! a whole bunch of ungrateful entitled pieces of shit came to live here. This is called ATTEMPTED MURDER. Why can't we just hunt criminals?
