“At this stage, it is still too early for investigators to determine the exact cause and circumstances” of the collision, police said.Toxicology reports on the possible presence of drugs or alcohol in the victims’ systems will not be known until later.The road was reopened to traffic at about 3:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
