OTTAWA — Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre is demanding an end to the vaccine mandate for military members, but some in his own party admit the situation is more nuanced.
That leaves the vaccine mandate for Canadian Armed Forces members as the last remaining one still in place at the federal level.
Why? Not like he'd leave Veterans Affairs offices open for them, after their service

But.. tetanus, diphtheria, measles, mumps, polio, pertussis, varicella, influenza, meningococcal disease, hepatitis A, and hepatitis B vaccines… ..what about them?
So, I think we can understand from this that Polievre is a tool and ally of Putin who would like to see the Canadian Forces weakened. The CPC has gone totally Trump.
So if the anti-vaxxers want to stop the military's for other vaccines Poilievre is going to cave to those demands as well? Wouldn't want to be on a sub with a chickenpox outbreak.

The antivax crowd really don’t remember the horror of polio and the fear it caused parents everywhere. Modern science has eradicated so much of the horrors of the past that these people no longer remember just how many of their own family died from now preventable diseases.
It wouldn't make a difference when it takes up to a year to get in anyway. They have bigger problems.
