The competitors on Wednesday's airing of Jeopardy! had no idea the answer to a $2,000 question was P.E.I.

"What is Prince Edward Island?" Apparently, the brainiac competitors on Wednesday's airing of Jeopardy! and its all-time winningest champion host have no idea.

The Canadian PressKen Jennings, a 74-time champion on the popular quiz show Jeopardy! who was the host on Wednesday night, didn't know the answer to the Prince Edward Island question.

The answer was stupid and furthmore why should anyone know of PEI?

Surely, the headline should be that they had no idea the question to a $2,000 answer?

Haaaaaaa - who’s insular to their country?

That’s okay, I forget about Rhode Island all the time.

SPOLIER ALERT

With $2,000 up for grabs, the answer(question) was: 'A Spud Islander is a resident of this Canadian province, known for its potatoes.' Then neither Schneider nor her two challengers could come up with the question(answer), which was 'What is Prince Edward Island.'

It's Bud the spud from the bright red mud Rolling down the highway smiling The Spuds are big on the back of Bud's rig They're from Prince Edward Island They're from Prince Edward Island

Ummm…..who gives a doodle This crap has been on Twitter all day

Surprisd?

Americans know very little about the world outside their country.

Canada suspended the shipment of P.E.I. potatoes to USA so they probably haven’t seen any for a while 🤷‍♂️

KenJennings wasn't familiar with it either. Can't get them all.😬

CBC with that hard hitting journalism. Sounds like you're offended nobody outside of Canada has heard of an obscure province. Quick, name all 50 US states...

Who cares?

Please stop sending this organization money

So what

Q: What province went into lockdown with only 20 known cases of COVID?

Financial support offered to P.E.I. workers, businesses impacted by COVID-19 | CBC NewsP.E.I. restaurants, gyms and other businesses impacted by new COVID-19 restrictions are eligible for new support programs announced by the province Thursday. Geezazz what a pathetic, precious little backwater is this Kanader, dominated by the Morality Mommies of the Nanny State. What a joke. Is it PEI day at the CBC? It was bound to hit PEI eventually. It’s never good to gloat. Karma has a way of humbling us all.

P.E.I. senior can't find housing after being picked at random for eviction | CBC NewsWith rental costs on P.E.I. rising rapidly, people on fixed incomes — including seniors — are feeling the impact of the housing crunch more than most. Here's the story of one Charlottetown woman. I'll ask again, is it PEI day at CBC? Wow. This is unbelievable. I can not believe people nowadays. Social assistance and disability should both be enough a person can live on it. Govs just causing homelessness and worsening people's health/mental health problems otherwise. It's so shortsighted.
