Excellent idea - needed/innovative. However, nurses portrayed as “wheeling TV carts so docs can do rounds” plays down expertise and skill that nurses bring as part of the care for the rounds. Better: “Nurses and doctors working together innovatively to deliver quality care”!
This is a bad idea in that this gives the politicians an excuse not to fund more doctors. Sliding health care further down the slope.
Nurses wheel the TV...how condescending and disrespectful. Something tells me nurses provide the assessments, advocate for the patient, present the patient, receive, interpret and actionize the physicians “orders”. DoBetter CanadianNurse
