There’s a chance — maybe even a good one — Dedmon returns to Ottawa; he was released by the Dolphins early Tuesday. Dedmon will likely keep his NFL options open — at least through the end of the month. But if he decides to return to the CFL, he will be under contract to the Redblacks, with a contract extension through 2022. It’s hard to ignore what Dedmon did in 2021.
