TORONTO — Ontario’s education minister is expected to announce an e-learning plan for the province’s students duringEarlier this month, Stephen Lecce ordered schools closed for two weeks following March break, and the premier said last week schools will not be reopening April 6. Lecce and Colleges and Universities Minister Ross Romano are set to join Premier Doug Ford for an announcement on Tuesday afternoon.
My daughter is doing it by google classroom since the 13th March called catch up, during this time she has had one death to Cancer and her father just diagnosed on Sunday with Pancreatic Cancer which she knows has a 5 year life expectancy. She also has learning difficulties.
I feel bad for all the low income families who can’t afford a computer or internet. I guess no one thought of these kids, especially in Toronto where rent is soo high you have to choose and a high poverty.

Call it...school yr is over...they have no idea of 'when' schools can reopen...its over...even online is kind of hard ...no laptops...no iPods...computers at certain homes...thr will b children falling thru t/cracks...esp...Indigenous students!!! :(
