ALC are taking up 25% of hospital beds, numbers over 85 quadruple from 2011 to 2031. This is just the beginning. In a decade the LTC wait list will be 4 years or pay 10K a month privately. ALC will be half the hospital. I will choose MAiD and just not go. This is not 'living.'
