We are well over two months behind UK and they are just starting to come out and will not be normal? until well into June.... so this seems to be optimistic..... but good to hear optimism rather than pessimism for a change

With the efficacy of giving shots 4 months apart questionable, as well as evidence that the vaccines are significantly less effective against the variants, I'm skeptical.

Not sure I believe these experts. I live in an ottawa hot zone and OttawaHealth OntarioHealthOH can’t manage to get me vaccinated until end of June. I can’t even get an appointment.
