One problem is that so much of was dismissed as conspiracy theory at one point comes true. Carbon tax Tax on trucks and work vehicles Equity tax on your personal residence is being considered by the government. These were all in the ‘conspiracy’ realm at one point.

There's an overall lack of trust in this country right now. It didn't just start a few years ago, it's been happening for a while, but has been getting much worse. People don't know what constitutes a 'conspiracy theory' anymore. People are just seeking truth... anywhere.
