Novak Djokovic is scheduled to play the opening match at Centre Court on Day 1, facing Pedro Cachin of Argentina

Wimbledon gets started on Monday with some of the biggest names in tennis in action, including Novak Djokovic, Iga Swiatek, Venus Williams and Coco Gauff.

He seeks a fifth consecutive title at the All England Club and eighth overall, which both would tie records for men. Barbora Strycova, a semifinalist in 2019, became the first winner of this year’s tournament by beating Maryna Zanevska 6-1, 7-5. On the men’s side, seventh-seeded Andrey Rublev beat Max Purcell 6-3, 7-5, 6-4 on No. 3 Court.
