Whatever the educdation model is in ontario it has to be consistent. EG 5 days a week but only mornings in person+streaming to those at home. Those who choose not to come get online support in the afternoons. You can't have alternating days/weeks. It will fall apart fast!

Schools are full to the rim at the best of times in schools. Little room to move around. Don't see how they can safely bring the students back without renting space, hiring more staff and ppe for the staff. All $$. We all need to realize that. It will have to be 2 days & online

Maybe now parents will understand how difficult a job is teaching. Perhaps we should start paying our teachers more than e pay our pet groomers.

Students in class full time with proper staffing, cleaning and building upgrades - why isn’t this even an option? Ontario used to be international leader in education - won’t be under Lecce’s watch!!!!! FireLecce

Hire more teachers. Rent more space. Invest in kids and working families.

Just spend more on education. Ffs. Smaller class sizes. Done.

MarkPFIsher I want a safer plan than any that have been proposed. None of these are feasible. The half time school just means that when not in school, the kids will be passed around growing the contact points

this is a harder question then it seems. how are single parents supposed to do? you cant take your kids to work 5 days a week and you cant leave them alone at home

Safe at school so she can have the support of her friends. As her father got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on March 29th. This is stage 4 and at that time was given 11 months. She shouldn’t have to hear all phone calls and video calls but she also wants to keep him safe.

How come Adoption is not on the list

The need is to be in school. Instead of class sizes in the 30’s make them around 24 with a modified nstructional day of 40 minute classes assigning work from home through google classroom as asynchronous to cover the rest of class time.

Dismantle the teachers union, lay em all off and cut the parents a check we'll teach and raise our kids ourselves

The government has had months to do this. Build, find, borrow or steal every available portable. Hire teachers on 1 year terms, keep class sizes to a maximum of 15.
