One-year-old died after falling out of cruise ship window: family lawyerThe family of a one-year-old girl who died after falling from a cruise ship in Puerto Rico is disputing the police description of the tragic incident. I feel sorry for the grandpa. Makes a guy feel ill. But typical lawyer, going to try and blame it on the cruise line. Grandparents are older and probably didnt even see the open window. It's one of those heart breaking accidents, and he has to live with it. :-( I can't figure out how there was no window, been on 2 cruises with a balcony room. The was a pretty high windowed fence that can't be removed on the balcony. So the only way for someone to fall is if they climb ontop of that window or someone places them ontop. Terrible😥

Considering our government has claimed that there is an ongoing systematic genocide currently happening to First Nations people, with no timelines or commitment to investigate it. It is likely this argument will be accepted in court and the pipeline will be shut down again.
