I support somekind of annual deductible based on income. As it was in the 00s, that would inject $$ into healthcare. I also support reduced administrative costs.
I used to be an analyst with an insurance company before I moved to Alberta. Every employee had a HCSA on top of our insurance (500$ every year). I bought prescription sunglasses, runners for the gym and a membership to a boxing club. I loved it.
