But it’s an entirely different situation for someone who bought a Lotto Max ticket in Cape Breton. That ticket has the winning numbers for a $31-million jackpot. It was purchased at the Lawton’s Drugs in New Waterford.. He snapped a picture of two of the employees there, Ashley MacMaster and Judy Hutchinson. Ashley said,"We, of course, thought it would’ve been us because we buy tickets but it turned out that it wasn’t. Still, it’s pretty exciting.

He said: “Our little hometown strikes again!! New Waterford major lotto winner number three. Just crazy odds for such a small town. $31,000,000. I hope it was someone who was a bit down on their luck and positive karma came their way.
’m thinking a lot of us would take the time to get things in order before going public. That seems to be what’s happening with the New Waterford winning ticket. Unless of course the winner doesn’t know yet.
