Multiple sclerosis and Raynaud’s disease make it difficult for me to go out in the cold and tie her up, so I’m not sure what to do

Within the past few months, I have moved into my own apartment with my dog, Ruby, registered as an emotional support animal. I’ve had multiple sclerosis for more than 15 years, and it has severely affected my memory, along with other issues. Ruby is always with me. Along with MS, I have other auto-immune diseases like Raynaud’s, which causes my feet and fingers to appear blueish/purple in color from the lack of circulation.

I looked up Raynaud’s disease, and it sounds really tough. I feel for you, living with that along with MS. In any case, clearly it’s not quite working, at least not in the sense that it’s preventing your dog from scampering into your neighbour’s yard and doing her business.I hasten to say I do believe in the efficacy and importance of emotional support animals, though I confess to smiling quietly at the picture of an “emotional support turkey” on an airplane a few years ago.

Keep your dog to yourself please . It’s very annoying having pets as well as smells such as weed coming from neighbors. I’m living in hell with smelly neighbors and I don’t want that for anybody else. An ideal neighbor is one who’s super clean quiet and stays to themselves.

Control your support dog. Honestly people who is your responsibility someone else's problem Grow up

Sounds like you need to keep your dog off of his property. Easy solution.

Chain your dog to your lamp post.

Control your dog as you would expect others to do. Special people are not really special, just Saying

Your dog is wandering onto his property. How difficult is this to figure out? I wouldn’t care how loveable your animal is. Control your dog.

Keep him in your own yard! Is this a made up question? Does the writer believe all the rules should bend for hm? Some people fear dogs, and nobody wants their poop in the grass.

Build a good fence!

Put it on a leash or build a fence. You should never let your dog wander the neighbourhood

Keep your dog in your yard?

Having medical issues does not mean you can do whatever you want, you still have to respect other people, 🙄

If the dog is a support dog I assume you have had him trained. Keep the dog with you, on a leach, and do not let the dog room unleashed.

Learn about trespassing laws and stop your dog from wandering onto your neighbours properties.

Be supportive of your neighbours possible issues relating to dogs. Maybe he/she is afraid sooo try developing a little insight above his point of view about an apparently unleashed pet

Keep your dog out his yard like everyone else who owns a dog has to do.

Surprised you received a service dog in a house without a fenced yard 🤔

Don’t let the dog off the leash

Be responsible with your support animal. It's your problem not your neighbor's. Grow the eff up.

These are worse than the TorontoStar Millenial money tweets: “My wife and I make $70,000 each but spend $800/month dining out. Why can’t we afford to buy a house in Toronto?”

why is your dog (support or otherwise) wandering off your property? you sound like an irresponsible and inconsiderate pet owner to me. and you're putting you dog's health, safety and life at risk.

No, you are being difficult and not being a responsible pet owner. Use a leash mofo!
