Murder suspect close to having preliminary inquiry scheduled, lawyer tells court yyc

But defence counsel Krysia Przepiorka told provincial court Judge Brian Stevenson she still has to confer with her client before scheduling the hearing.

She also said she will be setting a September date this Friday in Court of Queen’s Bench to seek her client’s release on bail pending trial.
