Among the changes, pitchers will not bat in either league this season, marking the first time in National League history there will be a DH.

I love the idea of having the same rules for both leagues. Either universal DH, or no DH, either works for me. But hopefully he extra inning runner is only temporary. I understand why they might want to shorten games this season, but hopefully it's not permanent.
