Microsoft (MSFT) shares closed slightly lower after Bloomberg reported that the company's Chief Product Officer Panos Panay is stepping down from his role and joining Amazon (AMZN) to run the department responsible for the company's Alexa and Echo products.  Yahoo Finance Tech Editor Dan Howley breaks down the news.
