Police in Aurora arrested Kelvin Watson, 27, on Monday on a charge of attempted first-degree murder, KDVR reported. Court records show Watson is represented by the Arapahoe County public defender's office, which did not immediately return a telephone message seeking comment Tuesday.
The following night, just after midnight Friday, police said Watson returned and slapped the cook across the face when he was told again he was not going to be served. Watson is accused of shooting the cook in the chest or abdomen outside of the restaurant as the cook ran to get away. The cook was released from a hospital Friday afternoon.

Ffs, this mask thing is getting WAY out of hand. It's a simple precaution to prevent the spread of the virus. That's all it is. Stories like this are the reason I've lost faith in humanity. Next time, do us all a favor and turn the gun on yourself.

Every one of these stories will cost the US economy. Tourists will definitely not return. the majority of Americans, willing to wear masks to protect their health and safety, aren't going to leave the house either as Trump continues to cheer violence by his supporters
Probably because he’s had enough of stupid people being drama queens over a flu bug. Honestly, I don’t think he should have shot him but any business that mandates mask wearing I won’t shop at anymore. Refuse to shop there, tell the company & watch them freak when customers walk
