Henry Paul Wiens, 52, is now wanted B.C.-wide for assault causing bodily harm, according to Vancouver police. Wiens is known to spend time in the Downtown Eastside. Anyone who sees him or knows his whereabouts is asked to call police immediately.

I do think our legal system is broken, but I disagree with posting pictures of the accused as opposed to the convicted, simply because the police are criminals that make up whatever they want. After conviction, post their faces. Not before.
