One person was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after a crash between a passenger vehicle and a dump truck near Waterville late Friday morning.Waterville and District firefighters had to free the man from the heavily damaged vehicle. He was extricated just after noon and taken by ambulance to a nearby field, where the LifeFlight helicopter picked him up.RCMP didn’t have any other details late Friday afternoon. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
