A man accused in the murder of two Vancouver seniors has died while in custody, according to the family of one of the murder victims.

Tonks said her father, Wragg and Holland were good friends who would get together and drink and enjoy conversations with one another. Kristin Gyurkovits, another daughter of Tonks, said in an email that she shares the emotions of her sister: “This has been a long and very sad journey though the ‘process’ with so many unanswered questions, since the beginning of my dad’s passing.”Article content

Holland, who had a lengthy criminal recording including multiple convictions for theft and mischief, was charged with two counts of second-degree murder and one count of attempted murder.Article content
