Police have charged Dustin Middaugh following an incident that occurred at the Sault Ste. Marie Courthouse on the afternoon of Feb. 2.
Police say the 41-year-old attended the courthouse at approximately 1 p.m., and began yelling and disrupting courthouse staff."Officers attempted to place the accused under arrest, but the accused refused and struggled with officers," says a news release.
