April 25: ‘I fear … Pierre Poilievre’s message has hit home.’ Canadians line up to meet the opposition, plus other letters to the editor

: Last year, I sold my home and purchased a new one.

I was not told my ranking nor the highest bid. Our agent even asked if we wanted to raise our bid a third time on the home that we bought. Had we done so, we would have topped our own second-round bid. Government should make bidding transparent and accountable. I find no proof that open bidding would not also benefit the seller. The other day, a friend put his vintage car up for sale through a broker. Such is the demand for vintage cars, test drives were discouraged, although potential buyers could inspect it for a few minutes.

You wanna bet? 🥱 If there is interest, it’s only on the right. Not the moderates. But ultra right, the fringe & fascists alike. Which means Maxine Bernier 2.0 .. Embarrassing & much ado bout Nothing. PierrePoilievre

'I fear we cant train the dumb dogs.' The smart ones much easier to train that blackface is only bad when someone who doesn't align with our ideologies.

What the Fukk? Like JustinTrudeau's campaign-style? I don't think that JustinTrudeau ever demeaned/slandered one of 🇨🇦's leading breweries (SteamWhistle) or attracted/enabled WhiteSupremacists or NeoNazis or AntiVaxxerTruckerTerrorists attempting to storm Parliament!

When the word freedom appears in quotes as if it is now a pejorative, we can tell: Mr. Poilievre is successfully recruiting citizens to the job of unseating the latest variant on Liberal political entitlement.

Pierre Poilievre is following in the footsteps of John George Diefenbaker. The great Conservative populist travelled the country in 1957 on his way to ousting the seemingly Permanent Liberal Government, in power since 1935.

Meanwhile in America: Are Democrats and Joe Biden up to their old election tricks?

He has no message; Trump in a Parka.

When the current government refuses to even have a dialogue this is what happens. Better late than never.

Looks like MAGA is coming to Canada. God help us please.

Letters to the editor: Brian Peckford: 'The Constitution was not a failure'Former Newfoundland premier Brian Peckford, who helped draft Canada\u0027s Constitution Act of 1982, responds to its critics in the Letters to the editor What a great Saturday morning I finally removed your media channel from my MSM feeds. I just want to read the news. Québec refused to sign because there were night time secret negociations behind the back of Québec. Showing, again, the total lack of respect from the ROC toward the founding French speaking nation. And after that, you're surprised we don't trust you !! Peckford's only point is that it's not a failure cause he worked on it and no one called him. To me, that preamble claiming supremacy of God is enough to disvalue the whole document (notwithstanding your feelings about it).
