Recently I had a chance to play on the school's AV room stage for what would be the last time, performing with the current senior concert band, local musicians/singers and also as part of a reunion with a popular local 1970s-era rock band. As part of a farewell to BEC concert series it was exciting and therapeutic.In the late 1970s I went on to college and careers in media and public relations. As a reporter I covered many stories. Some bad, some good.
