Jana Schilke is the bright-eyed, promotional face behind more than 20 Sudbury shops in the Sudbury hospitality sector.Schilke has quite the background in the industry having spent more than 25 years working at local restaurants like PM Kouzzina, Pasta e Vino, and Lot 88 .
Right now she is preparing to turn her calendar towards the new year as she is organizing the Taste of Sudbury Food and Drink Festival. This event being hosted by the Greater Sudbury Hospitality Association is in support of Inner City Home. Later, in September 2023, she will be unveiling a new major event that will have Cirque du Soleil flair in partnership with the Sudbury Food Bank.
