Leslie Church has received official approval to seek the Liberal nomination in the upcoming Toronto-St.Paul’s byelection, The nomination race for the riding officially opened in February and came weeks after Carolyn Bennett formally resigned the seat, which she has held since 1997. No date for the nomination meeting — where the Liberal candidate will be chosen — has been set.
