Per capita most expensive place to live in Canada & probably 3rd/4th most expensive in North America. There is no housing, food expensive, but they're a lot of jobs. Slava Ukraine! I think that number is a little high. The island is overpopulated as it is. Relocating them to east cost would be a better option. Locals are struggling to find affordable accommodations in Victoria.
