Along the way, the sweet-natured slackers meet historical figures and various versions of themselves.
Winter said the past few months were “really stressful” trying to figure out how to get the film to audiences. Everyone involved “put a lot of effort to get the film out now, and to get it out safely so people had options for how they would see it,” he added.
