Rational debate over the most cost-effective way to lower carbon emissions has descended into a tribal brawl over values

I wipe my ass with this newspaper.

Oily Andrew. AndrewScheer

Shiny Scheer doesn’t care. AndrewScheer

But Cons dis science and take rights away from women and LGBTQ’s and POC.

So does a carbon tax!!!

What does diservice is media not doing a fair job on climate change reporting. I have yet to see TCR, ECS, cloud feedbacks, UAH satelight data, natural variability, AMO. Sad we are being lied to.

Ivison drinks the Koolade and preaches that old time climate cult religion.CarbonTaxStealing AGWFraud

Stealing based on the fraud of AGW is the disservice being done to Canadians,CarbonTaxTheft cndpoli

Citing the $500,000 dollar increase for that trucking company without the context of their overall fuel cost is deliberate sensationalism.

Last thing the media want is a debate on fake climate change.

It will be more expensive than they are saying. Think about every transport that will pay, every corporation that will pass the tax on to the price of goods. You think you are only going to pay directly, think again.

Trudeau needs to stop pedalling b.s.

The saddest part is that these two are the best Canada has to offer. IMO Trudeau can be gone soon enough and I hope Scheer never gets elected.

I cannot abide JT and need a credible alternative. But the ever-present sneer that AS seems always to have on display is really off-putting. Come to think of it ALL the federal leaders are off-putting. What to do.

The only disservice here is Trudeau's tax and spend philosophy.

nice choice of pictures. /s

No... the Nattering Nabob of Negativism...Scheer, does a disservice to Canadian voters.

Actually, appreciate AndrewScheer exposing the carbon tax for what it is & what it will end up costing Canadians. The rebate now being offered by Justin Trudeau makes it clear to me that it would be a huge burden on Canadians. The truth is never a disservice. carbontax cdnpoli

Trudeau is unfit to be PM by every measure. A complete national embarrassment.

John Ivison: Clement’s sexting scandal ‘an early warning’ on national security risksThere is no confirmation Clement was the victim of a honey-pot sting, but luring politicians into compromising positions has happened in Canada Feel sorry for his family. , I can see the embarrassing act this is however I don't see how this is relevant to his actions as mp. Did he do this on a government device? Was it a mutual act between two consenting adults?. I think it's a bit wrong to fire someone without facts and evidence. Fellow men, just a little tip (pun intended): women do not want pictures of your johnson. If a woman says that she does want a picture of your stick and bits, she is probably going to extort you.

John Ivison: Throwing a good $100M after a bad $2.7B with Indigenous jobs programThe measure we have of its effectiveness is the unemployment rate. In 2007, the rate for Indigenous Canadians was 11%. A decade later, the same Everything that Ottawa does with our tax dollars ends in an 'incomprehensible failure' Just another example of the feds throwing money at the native peoples for no demonstrable benfit to them or anyone else. A bottomless pit that will suck up all the governmenet of the day will throw at it. Political correctness all the way to fiscal failure. Faith in the governments ability is a bit of an understatement. Anything the government touches usually turns into a money pit and without having any metrics on this funding is an unconscionable waste of taxpayers dollars.
