It is not as if, when she was supposed to be sitting there in rapt attention inside the classroom at Sir Charles Tupper Elementary, Jennifer Wagner was instead daydreaming away her youthful Halifax days thinking about the environment and climate change.“I didn't know how to describe what it was that I wanted to do,” the cleantech innovator, now 38, recalled the other day.
