Soaring Permit Delays Are Putting Workers’ Canadian Dreams In LimboCanada’s immigration department is experiencing the worst delays in a least a decade, experts say. If he failed to apply for a renewal prior to the documents expiration he would have had to apply for a Restoration of status within 90 days which does not have a standard processing time even in a non COVID environment.
