Mercer Canada CEO Jaqui Parchment says she worries white men will find it even easier to grow careers because of in-person work preferences.

We’ve learned many lessons about work and productivity throughout COVID. Workers are rightly demanding their organizations incorporate moreAs we navigate this brave new world, it is becoming clear that there are important differences in how men and women view the, and that race may also affect preference for time spent working in person. Unless we understand and thoughtfully navigate these preferences, we risk taking a big step backward in equity.

We sponsor those we know and believe in. At this pivotal time, I find myself wondering whether I could have built those relationships as effectively in a virtual world. I worry about a future where white men find it even easier to build critical networks and career growth than in the past, because of differences in preference for in-person work.

Are you sure it's not inverse inequity....

Then don’t

Why do I keep seeing ads on LinkedIn that say things like 'I'm not a Black CEO. I am a CEO.' 'I'm not a woman CEO. I am a CEO.'

Jaqui is a racist.

Glad I don’t work where she does. The wokeness level must be suffocating.

This is getting downright silly.

A question of belonging: What place does Bill 96 leave for anglos?WEEKEND READ | Quebec's overhaul of the French language charter fills leaders in the English community with "anxiety and worry about where this is all going." I have wonderful friends in Montreal, all bilingual, but I am so glad I left. For years they told us: you know today all young Anglos are bilingual. Rhodesian years are over. With this debate we have found it was false: only few are really. And most are totally ignorant of Québec culture. Are Anglos a race, people, community, religion, gender, unborn, street, he,she,Elle,it, subgroup . Canada is confused. Things are relatively senseless..just saying for an international visitor friend.

Buffalo shooter targeted Black neighbourhood, officials sayThe white 18-year-old who shot and killed 10 people at a Buffalo supermarket had researched the local demographics and drove to the area a day in advance to conduct reconnaissance with the intent of killing as many Black people as possible, officials said Sunday. This is such a horribly, tragic incident. What I find odd is how intensely you are covering this. I do not recall you giving the same coverage to the incident in Waukesha. A bias CTV News is part of the problem regarding racial division. FACT!
