They're going to use this as an excuse for cuts. Conservative party playbook every time. Cut necessary programs, screw everything up, blame the next government for raising taxes to fix the mess you made to get re-elected, repeat.
Vic Fedeli completely misrepresented the report. There wasn't some Enron-type scandal uncovered. There are 2 areas (Pension Assets and Fair Hydro Plan - already flagged by Auditor General) with a proposal to change the accounting treatment for. i.e. the report found nothing new
The Auditor General has been telling us this for a few years but chose their own agenda over journalism to minimize the harm to the Ontario Liberal government.
Sounds like Ford is finding a way to make money disappear. Either that or hide his own ineptitude.

Cutting this tax will mean approx $5 million less income for the province. But we saved a penny per beer y'all! Outstanding.
