Permenant revocation of the truck driver’s licence
The company who hired him should be held equally responsible. They hired him and put him on the road knowing full well he shouldn’t have been and wasn’t fully trained. One man, who made a mistake, shouldn’t bear the brunt of all this. It’s an awful situation all around. :(
2/2 the companies push drivers to rush, to be in the destination on “time” (faster the load goes bigger the payment for the companies) to neglect the logbook etc... the driver get paid by miles so it’s the same for him. Broncos families should ask this question to the company 😢
I happen to know the inside of this business.. and it’s very sad.. I do believe that the driver is devastated too and trust me no driver no matter the attitude/character wants to be in an accident even insignificant but you have to ask the company he worked for ...1/2
That day was written in the star,Fate, it is still a sad story,families trying to heal and move on, the extent of physical injuries that they have to live with all their life, PTSD. I would forgive him too,16 souls is with him everyday,that is punishment enough

Good question! He sure can give some clues, distraction, icy road, a bear crossed in the red light or he did a quick check ✔ on Tweeter notification! Could be dozens of reason, reality is those poor souls are gone.

Commercial driver licenses should be under federal review & adhere to revamped standards. New drivers should be strictly regulated. i guess the families and friends have been feeling it in last 365 days its a irreplaceable loss may god give them all courage and strength to move Very sorry to all families involved in this awful accident. Sidhu waived a trial, pled guilty to all counts, and has asked for no deals. 100+ victim stmts may bring closure, but this man has stood up and knows he was wrong. I hope some decide to not read their statements.
