The male created and female re-enforced notion that having kids on this dying planet is a good thing, must stop. Men use religion hidden in politics and call it culture to control women and that is evil. Women must rise up and fight.
Society still very much lauds men for doing things that are just expected of women. I never get complimented in the grocery store for being “sweet” to my 8 month old but you should see the praise heaped on my husband, mostly by older women. And then I get told I’m lucky!
What a great article. I feel the same, 'I'm not lucky, I'm equal.' We teach people how to treat us. As women, mothers, grandmothers, friends it's important to treat and teach each other equally. It starts in the home, the actions, the responsibilities. Thanks for sharing.
