How west-end Toronto home prices changed by neighbourhood in May 2023

Compared to May 2013, the average sale price for all houses and condos in High Park-Swansea has increased 92.6 per cent, including a $1.39 million gain for detached houses, a $910,340 gain for semi-detached houses, a $985,300 gain for attached houses, a $541,134 gain for townhouse-style condos and a $293,767 gain for apartment-style condos.There were 67 home sales in May 2023 after an average of 14 days on the market and 81 active listings at the end of the month. Sales were up 31.

Compared to May 2013, the average sale price for all houses and condos in York Centre has increased 137.9 per cent, including a $720,890 gain for detached houses, a $713,344 gain for semi-detached houses, a $629,000 gain for attached houses, a $531,083 gain for townhouse-style condos and a $202,200 gain for apartment-style condos.
