Not concerned whatsoever. Positive does not equal sick. Sure, it means more people are giving it to others. This is not the issue. Mental health is the bigger issue. Protecting the elderly and at risk with government funds made through taxes of an open economy! Stop scaring!
Tuberculosis is spread through the air when people who have active TB cough 1/4 of the world's population has latent infection TB 10% of latent TB progresses to active TB. If left untreated, kills about half of those affected TEST EVERYONE and SHUT IT DOWN DAMMIT!

This is sad. But our environments do not meet. They are self contained and can lockdown as long as they want. Locking the healthy down is not going to help them.
I have friend with 60 employees. None symptomatic. They were tested and 15 had Covid. 25%. Yes. More testing will confirm more people have it in their system. It's irrelevant. It's a virus. Viruses spread.
No second wave. Virus doesn't tell time. You need historical context? Here it is: The second wave of the 1918 Spanish flu cannot necessarily be traced to the same source as the first. Why? They couldn't see the virus that causes either until the 1930s. That is all.
