With a spate of Canadian officials and parliamentarians starting to re-engage with Beijing, MPs on the Special House Committee on the Canada- China Relationship are looking to hear from them.

Liberal MP Ken Hardie, chair of the House Canada-China Relations Committee, says he wants to gain 'intelligence from the street level' about how China is viewing the state of its ties with Canada.
