National Day, celebrating the founding of the People's Republic of China, has become a day of protest in Hong Kong by those who oppose Beijing's increasing control in the semi-autonomous city.
In the afternoon, police cordoned off certain areas of the district and searched several people on the streets. A group of protesters chanted slogans including "Disband the police," and police unfurled their blue warning banner that urged protesters to disperse, otherwise force may be used. The law outlaws subversive, secessionist, and terrorist activity in Hong Kong, as well as collusion with foreign powers to interfere in the city's internal affairs. The U.S. and Britain accuse China of infringing on the city's freedoms, and the U.S. has imposed sanctions on government officials in Hong Kong and China over the law.
see the US Police, how to deal with protesters
Hong Kong citizens hate China CCP's national day, as it means authoritarian rule continues to suppress our freedom and human rights this year. boycottCCP antichinazi StandWithHongKong
I would say HKPolice are the ones disrupting the daily life of the citizens
HKP is messing with HK ppl with literally no legal consequences
YouCantStopUs ! It’s obviously HongKongPoliceState! Hk police is violating the freedom of assembly. They arrested at least 86 people in different districts today. Hkers should have the freedom of assembly and demonstration. Arbitrarily arrest is absolutely unacceptable!
Everytime when I see how the CCP does, I think of Hydra in Marvel. Communist invades every country and organization in order to rebuild global orders. Let's join hand and fight against tyranny! save12hkyouths CCP_is_terrorist HKPoliceTerrorists FreeHongKong

HK became no freedom and democracy, just like mainland China. Many HKers were arrested without reasons. It was ridiculous that Lion Mountain was fully blocked by HKpolice.
In fact, there is no freedom of assembly in Hong Kong now. Under the suppression of the CCP, the protection given to us by the Basic Law has disappeared. It has been replaced by the evil CCP security law. Hong Kong has become a police city😔
Over 60 ppl arrested today....policestatehk
The largest terrorist group in Hong Kong took to the streets, occupied roads, attacked and arbitrarily arrested civilians AGAIN.
1/10 is a day of sorrow coz China went into the claws of CCP and a student was shot by HKPoliceTerrorists

I still remember how HK police pushed the pregnant woman to on the floor and tackled a 12y/o girl. hkpolicebrutality never cease.
The October1st is the Chinese National Day, that’s why the gov has strongly prohibited any form of protest from taking place. Peaceful protest is banned and people couldn’t even voice their discontent toward the gov. SOSHK StandWithHongKong
The HKPolice is disgusting. They are turning Hong Kong into a police state with no freedom of press, assembly and expression...
Time to strip HongKong of any privileges the free world granted to it as a city of freedom. Look at what happened today - it's no different from CCPChina.
Give it up. It's over.
I still remember Carrie Lam said the NSL preserves one country two systems. But today, peaceful protest is prohibited by HKPF. National Security is a pretext for undermining our fundamental rights.
🙄🙄
I feel bad for Hong Kong people. Which makes thing worse is Trudeau actually paying the communist party under covid supplies. So much attention on Trump so little on Xi. Trudeau has been vocal about U.S. debates but barely comments on China.
