Historic Waterfront Manor Built In Oak Bay Hits Market For $10M

The District of Oak Bay is one of the most scenic regions of Vancouver Island — and all of British Columbia. If there’s one perfect example of the area’s beauty, it’s a historic manor that recently hit the market., right next to the Victoria Golf Club — it’s literally across the street — and it’s about as close to the southeastern coast of Vancouver Island as you can get. The 1913-constructed manor comes already complete with three beds, three baths, a three-car garage, and a truly stunning garden that provides uninhibited views of Mount Baker. But that’s not all. The manor was expanded in 1989 by C&W Construction, and has recently seen another refresh courtesy of Zebra Design, which could expand the home’s floorplan to include seven bedrooms, eight baths, and over 10,000 sq. ft of living space.The best part is, much of that refresh has not been finalized, meaning the new owners of this four-level home will be able to choose the best fits and finishes for their unique lifestyle.

Currently, the floorplans envision a kitchen immediately upon entry, with its own enclosed pantry, leading directly into the family room. On the other side of the main floor is a large living space, while the dining space sits in the middle of the level, connected to each surrounding room.
