The City of Pickering and Durham Region Transit, are asking for your opinion on the demand for public transit access to the waterfront.The east side of Frenchman’s Bay is served by Route 101 Bay Ridges on weekdays with connections to the Pickering GO Station and Pickering Parkway Terminal. When this route is not operating, the DRT On Demand service is available with connections between stops within the zone, Pickering Parkway Terminal, and Pickering GO Station.

On the east side route, the closest stop to the waterfront along Liverpool Road is Krosno Boulevard, and the closest stop on the west side route is West Shore Boulevard and Oklahoma.
