He was not shot because he failed to wear a mask. That should be abundantly clear. Where is the fair and even reporting supported by facts?
Do you mean the senior who beat up a store employee, tried to run someone over in the parking lot, rammed his car into the store, hit a parked vehicle and then proceeded to get his rifle & gun at home? If you mean that senior then I'd say he was a serious risk to public safety.

To use “man refusing to wear mask” in the headline is completely misleading. The man sounds deranged - going on a road-rage rampage. The mask element was only a small part of the altercation, so why make it sound like all people who are refusing to wear masks are lunatics?
