Newly released documents show the gunman in the April 2020 mass shooting was long known to be a violent man, especially among disadvantaged people who owed him money

The Nova Scotia denture maker who killed 22 people in April 2020 was long known to be a violent man, especially among disadvantaged people who owed him money, newly released documents show.

The 60-page document, which focuses on Wortman’s violent behaviour before he carried out the worst mass shooting in modern Canadian history, refers to several similar incidents. The denturist was fined and ordered to receive counselling for anger management after he pleaded guilty to assaulting a 15-year-old outside his clinic on Oct. 29, 2001. The victim said he was waiting for a bus when Wortman came out of his clinic smelling of alcohol and told him to leave his property.

In February 2007, Wortman signed a settlement agreement that confirmed professional misconduct. He was reprimanded, suspended for a month and ordered to receive counselling.

Not much of an inquiry when RCMP aren't testifying and used the incident for Trudeau's political purposes.

Meanwhile in Uvalde, everything seems to be out. Canada drags its feet to protect incompetent police force.

Hey cbc why say his name? Looks like the medias and rcmp got their new marching orders of the narrative by the Trudeau visite last week.
